Can I upload multiple documents at the same time?

You can upload multiple documents simultaneously to your Seraf account if you first make them into a zip file or if you merge them into one pdf file. Then you’ll be able to go to the Documents section and upload the entire file as one record, as long as the file is within Seraf's file size limit for uploads. Note that documents loaded collectively via a zip file will remain in the zip file, so you may want to group like files together and name the zip file to appropriately reflect the file contents. Upon upload, you can include the file name, date, company or fund name, round name (if relevant), as well as the document type (i.e Deal Document, Investor Update, Financial Statement, Cap Table).

You can also email multiple files to your account at the same time via your personal Seraf email. However, upon delivery, they will be separated, and will need to be filed individually along with the body of your email. The emailed file size limit is limited, so be aware when emailing records.

Individual account holders not affiliated with an enterprise group on Seraf will have their documents saved in a section labeled Documents & Reports.

Users of Seraf's Deal Flow module can upload multiple documents to prospect records as well as to Notes within the prospect record.
