How do I resend login instructions to the investors of my Enterprise Account?

If you have already invited your investors to join Seraf by sending them an activation email, but they still haven't logged in, you can resend an activation email.

Before you activate investor accounts, you may want to check out these resources depending on your account type:

Group Account - Best practices for group admins to onboard investors and things to check prior to activating a group investor.

Fund Account - Best practices for fund admins to onboard investors and things to check prior to activating a fund investor.

To resend the activation email, follow these steps: 

  • Go to Investor Management.
  • Click the button next to the investor to "Re-send activation email" or check the box next to multiple investor and then click the button at the bottom of the page to “Customize activation login instructions”.
  • Review and edit the From line, Subject line and Message text as desired, being sure to preserve the Login Instructions and default url text that must remain in the message body in order for your investors to access their accounts.
  • Click “Send”.

The next time you go to the Investor Management page, you'll see a record of the last time each investor logged into their account. If there is no entry, it means that they have never logged in.
