What makes a report "overdue"?

Reports are considered overdue if no Investor Report or Financial Statement for a particular portfolio company or fund has been saved to the Documents section of your account and dated within the past 90 days. An Overdue Reports summary will show on your Dashboard and on the Overdue Reports tab within the Documents section of your account unless you've opted to hide Overdue Reports.

Once you see which companies are overdue for reporting, you can take action and use their contact information (stored in the Company record), to reach out and request an update. This feature helps you stay informed and keep your portfolio up-to-date.

Note that in Enterprise Group accounts the Overdue Reports tile box on the Dashboard and Overdue Reports tab in the Documents section will show for investors and administrators in the group unless overdue reports are hidden by the Primary Account Administrator. Meanwhile in Enterprise Fund accounts, investors will not see any overdue report notices. The Primary Account Administrator can opt to hide overdue reports from other administrators.
