Within your Seraf account, you'll find several places to store memos about your investments and notes about your company contacts. There is no character limit to these fields.
Memo fields are located within the entries for Companies, Funds, Rounds, and Transactions. Contact Notes are located within the Management / Contacts section of each Company record. You can access these fields when adding new entries or editing existing entries in Portfolio Management.
You can also save notes in the Notes section of each company and investment fund record, where Enterprise account administrators can also set visibility settings.
