Memos and contact notes added to Enterprise Accounts by administrators are visible to all investors who have been provided access to their group's account. These fields are available in the records for Companies, Funds, Rounds, and Transactions. Notes recorded in an investor record are also visible to that investor, when granted login access. .
Users can add Notes from the actual Notes tab within a company or investment fund record, which they can keep as private or opt to share with others.
If you'd like to save additional private information in your account, you can add the information as a file and upload it to your Documents section. Just set the Document Visibility setting to "Private" to ensure that it is only visible to you, as an administrator.
