What should I do if some of the information is incorrect?

Seraf is easy to update if you find that your investment information is incorrect. You can always go back to edit your entries and add additional details.

It is important to record the share price for each equity round, whether or not you participated in the financing, since Seraf uses the most recently dated round's share price or valuation to determine the current value of holdings.

And since the value is driven by the # of shares held, it is important to enter the actual number of shares received and the actual amount invested for each stock purchase transaction, rather than allow the system to auto-calculate one of the entries for you based on the share price, since rounding errors may otherwise occur. Similarly, for note conversions and SAFEs, it is important to enter the exact number of shares received.

After making any edits, you may need to refresh your screen before your changes are apparent. And Enterprise administrators should Update Calculations.
