Can people sharing my account add additional documents?  Can I see them?

If you have shared your username and password with others, they have the same capabilities as you. This means that they can add additional documents and any other information they choose. Likewise, if they have added documents, you will be able to view them.

If you are an Enterprise account administrator and have set up and activated accounts for your investors, they have the ability to save documents which can be shared with administrators to view. Similarly, Enterprise account administrators can save files and set the visibility setting for an individual to see, all investors in the entity or all investors to see, or simply only for other administrators to see.
