How do I upgrade to a different level of service?

If you would like to upgrade your level of service, simply log in to Seraf, go to Account Management, and scroll to the bottom of the page where you will find the Subscription section.

There you will find details about your current subscription and a button to Upgrade. Click on the button, select the new level you would like to subscribe to, and go through the check out process. Any remaining balance you have from your original subscription will be automatically applied as a credit against your new plan.
