Seraf enables you to keep track of important notes and details regarding your prospective investments and anything in your deal flow pipeline (for those Enterprise customers who subscribe to Seraf's Deal Flow). Within each prospect record, you can record a memo (as long as the field is active in your deal flow set up), which will be visible to anyone who has been assigned deal flow access privilege.
You can also add additional time-stamped and user-stamped notes for yourself or to share with your team. These notes can be added through the Notes tab found within each prospect record. Just type the subject and write your comment. Depending on your account type, you can make the note private to you or, if a member of a group, to the group administrator(s), too. Administrators can keep notes private or share them with others granted deal flow access. Just choose the appropriate visibility setting when saving your note. You can also add a note from the deal flow pipeline by clicking the plus symbol in the Notes column (as long as the field is active in your deal flow set up) pertaining to the prospect company.
