Seraf Deal Flow subscribers can keep track of important notes, details and files regarding their prospective investments and anything in their deal flow pipeline.
Within each prospect record, you can record a memo, which will be visible to anyone who has been assigned deal flow access privilege (as long as the memo field is active in your deal flow set up).
Users can also add Notes, which are more detailed, time-stamped and user-stamped entries with the ability to attach files and set visibility settings for others on your team. These notes can be added through the Notes tab found within each prospect record. Just type the subject and write your comment. Depending on your account type, you can make the note private to you or, if a member of a group, to the group administrator(s), too. Administrators can keep notes private or share them with others granted deal flow access. Users can also upload a file or multiple files related to the note. This helps to keep records organized by subject matter.
You can also add a Note from the deal flow pipeline by clicking the plus symbol next to the prospect company name in the Notes column (as long as the field is active in your deal flow set up). There, you can also view the last three note subjects, date last updated and by whom.
Recording notes will enable better communication and sharing of information among team members and can serve to keep track of important details that you may or may not want to share with everyone who has deal flow access. Note that the deal flow prospect Notes tab is only available to users who subscribe to Seraf's Enterprise Account or those who are activated members of an Enterprise account.
