Does Seraf offer view only access?

Seraf offers view only access to Enterprise accounts. This view only access can be useful to share with team members, board members, advisors and others with whom Administrators might like to provide viewing privileges of the account without the ability to make any changes.

Primary Account Administrators of Enterprise Group and Fund accounts can assign an Observer role for a user to see virtually everything administrators see, with a few exceptions. Observers cannot see Investor Management and they cannot see Deal Flow, unless otherwise assigned access to the Deal Flow module. They otherwise can see every page an administrator would see, as well as download when available, but they do not have the ability to modify anything other than their own login information.

Observers can set important date reminders, and email or upload records to the Documents section, where the visibility setting is set to be private to them and the administrators only. They can not share anything with investors or edit anything entered by administrators.

Note that the Observer privilege does not provide access to Deal Flow, which has its own administrative privileges which can be assigned by an administrator separately, when applicable.
