Seraf's Deal Flow module allows users to keep track of important details and records for each prospect. Within a prospect record, you can record notes with a specific subject heading and upload files related to it. You can select visibility settings to indicate who can see the note and its contents.
Notes with files attached can be particularly helpful when conducting due diligence. For example, if you're logging due diligence notes or a particular subject matter, you can upload related files, such as summaries, presentations, assessments, images, and even audio and video files. Note that you can upload multiple documents to the same deal flow note for easy access and organization. Be sure to note specific file types and file size.
You can add a note from different starting points:
From a prospect record:
- Click on a prospect (from your Deal Flow Pipeline or Analysis section)
- Go to the Notes tab
OR
From your Deal Flow Pipeline:
- Click on the + symbol in the Notes column to add the first note to a prospect or click on the pencil icon to edit an existing note or to add another note to a prospect that already has a note recorded.
